Cerebral Palsy Didn't Stop Her!

As a woman born with Cerebral Palsy, I was often feeling hopeless. The condition sometimes got better, but mostly seemed to be getting worse. I was getting weaker by the day. Normal activities of daily living were becoming more and more difficult. The thought of losing my independence was heartbreaking.
Having Cerebral Palsy, people mocked and teased me, particularly as a youth.People always told me about my limitations. They had told me that my condition would deteriorate.
Six years after having made a connection with Walder Fitness, I am now walking unassisted on a treadmill.
I am now able to perform many activities from an upright, standing position.
Through hard work and consistency I have lost weight, gained invaluable strength, confidence and most importantly have been able to maintain my independence. The quality of my life has drastically improved.
I am grateful beyond words to the work that Walder Fitness and I have been able to accomplish together.
Many thanks,
SM
